Unable to get his ailing mother treated, Bombay-based unemployed Kundan has nothing but regret when she passes away, and he pledges to help every needy person. He cannot resolve any issues without money, so he starts to gamble at a club run by Firoz Singh and also gets close to a dancer named Kate. With money coming in he assists every needy person in his neighborhood.
