In the wake of a particularly vitriolic review, one that will determine the future professional career of the talented but unconnected thespian, Petros Zaverdis, a determined killer puts two bullets through the chest of the loathed theatre critic, Markou. Before long, four prime suspects turn up; however, for lack of a rock-solid alibi, Zaverdis ends up behind bars, despite claiming innocence.
