Полад бюль-бюль оглы is a Soviet and Azerbaijani певица, actor, politician, and дипломат. Бюльбюль оглы was born (Полад Муртуза оглы Мамедов) on February 4, 1945 in Baku, Azerbaijan ССР. He withdrew his candidacy on October 10th after getting only 2 вото in the first round of the election.
