Хосе Мигель Biscaya (1973, Португалия) is a mixed-media artist, who lives and works in Amsterdam. He was educated in Fine Arts at the Sandberg Institute. In his work, я researches the relationship between landscapes and the human mind. Biscaya is co-founder of the Mobile Institute in Brussels. In addition, he works for The One Minutes Foundation and teaches as a guest lecturer at the SAE Institute in Amsterdam.
