The movie is about the story of mexican poet Рамон Лопес Velarde, who born in the city of Jerez in the state of Zacatecas. The poet was in love of Юзефа Королей "Fuensanta". She dies at early age and that makes Ramon to write poetry inspired by her memory. Рамон was involved in the Mexican Revolution as one of the closest colaborators of President Франциско I Мадеро.
