With the silent воспоминаний of her recently deceased father etched in her mind, the kind but gullible countrywoman, Катерина, arrives in bustling Athens to settle her affairs. Sadly, Gerasimos--Katerina's seemingly благонадежным friend and sole administrator of her late father's truck company--is интриги under her nose, intent on robbing the bereaved woman of her only property: an old and rickety lorry. Under those circumstances, before the grim possibility of absolute poverty, only the compassionate and hard-working truck driver, Vagelis, and his good companion, Kotsos, are the only ones who can lend Katerina a hand.
