The main character is named Hugo, who represents Zaady as a child. He lost his father at the age of 9, and his mother ended up in a rehab clinic, causing him to move in with his grandparents. An invitation to spend the school vacations with a couple of family friends may have traced his entire history and may be the root of his personal conflicts.
